In 2005 husband and wife dental team, Drs Alex and Abby Michael purchased the dental practice. In order to provide the very best in modern dental care they refurbished every aspect of the practice.

In creating Michael Dental Care, Alex and Abby sought to create a relaxing, comfortable and friendly environment that their patients would not be afraid to visit.

In 2002 Alex and Abby Michael both gained a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University Of Wales College Of Medicine.

After qualifying they immediately undertook an optional year long vocational training course to further enhance their knowledge of both general dental practice and practice management. They subsequently joined highly regarded private practices in Gloucestershire where they practiced for several years.

They have both been awarded the prestigious MFDS and Dip.MFGDP qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons, London. They have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for treating patients with the best that dentistry can offer.

Between them they are members of many prestigious Colleges, Societies and Associations, such as The Royal College of Surgeons of England , The College for General Dentistry, The British Dental Association and The British Association for Private Dentistry. They are both Denplan and DPAS accredited dentists.

The reputation and success of Michael Dental Care has not come about by chance, but with fantastic support and encouragement from the entire practice team.
